Silver Wheel Magazine was founded in 1986 by Anna Franklin and the Hearth of Arianrhod to publish positive articles on Paganism, both informative and practical, for a wide readership, including philosophy, ethics, ritual, deities, meditation, herbalism, health, archaeology, ecology etc.
It was initially published eight times a year as a paper based magazine, then in 1988 it switched to four issues a year. After twenty-three years it will become an annual in the form of a paperback book, starting at Beltane 2009 and published in May each year. This will give us the chance to publish longer, more in-depth pieces. Available online.
